Victory Rover Experience Enhance your Winterfest experience with a 30-minute festive cruise along the Downtown Norfolk waterfront with Rover Cruises. Available with a combo ticket purchase on select nights Nov. 28 – Dec. 20.
Skate the Riverwalk
Located within the illuminated Winterfest Riverwalk in the TowneBank Fountain Park, this 4,400-square-foot real ice rink offers a festive open-air experience surrounded by fire pits, holiday music, and seasonal favorites like hot chocolate. Ice skating will open for the season on November 22.
